About Us

The growing riverfront city of Edgewater, Florida is an Intracoastal, waterfront community nestled along the Indian River adjacent to the famous Mosquito Lagoon, offering all the charm you would expect to find in a small town, yet still engaged in spirited business and commercial activity. Edgewater is a principal municipality in Southeast Volusia County with quiet, tranquil riverside living as well as a thriving manufacturing base, business parks and industrial centers. The most internationally recognized boat manufacturers are located in Edgewater: Boston Whaler, EdgeWater Power Boats and Everglades Boats.

Every year additional businesses and manufacturers stake their claim here, reaping the benefits of this emerging area. Adjacent to Edgewater's ParkTowne Industrial Center, the largest industrial park in Volusia County, Massey Ranch Airpark accommodates a residential fly-in community. Deering Park, Deering Park North and Hawks Gate Center, located west of SR 442 and I-95, are large certified developments zoned for mixed use including: distribution centers, commercial, retail, industrial, professional offices, hotel, restaurants and single and multi-family residential.
